WHAT DOES DESIGNER INSPIRED PERFUME MEAN?
Designer Inspired Perfume means that the fine fragrances we offer takes inspiration from the scents of famous designer brands in the market.
The names of the designer brands are only used to serve as guide for customers to be able to distinguish one scent from the other. We are not in any way associated nor do we represent any particular perfume house or their products
HOW LONG DOES YOUR FRAGRANCES LAST?
On skin 2 to 5 hours depending on your skin acidity level, skin type and physical activity.
On clothing 5 to 8 hours..sometimes even longer depending on the scent (based on customer reviews & feedbacks)
Some scents tend to lasts longer compared to others depending on the fragrance notes despite having the same percentage of oil concentration. Perfumes that are oriental, musky, floral or woody compounded with oud, rose, amber, or vanilla tend to last longer compared to citrus fragrances.

We ship products Nationwide.
SHIPPING IS MONDAYS TO FRIDAYS ONLY excluding Holidays.
After payment is received, your order will ship in 1 to 2 working days.
However, pick up arrangements can be made at Uniqube Store, 3rd flr University Mall, Taft Ave Manila beside Vito Cruz LRT & DLSU. Uniqubeph is open 7 days a week except on holidays.
We are CLOSED on weekends and major holidays. Most orders take up to 1 business day to process. All orders received on Friday, Saturday and Sunday will begin processing the following Monday.
Please note, business days do not include weekends or holidays. During promotional or holiday periods, orders may take a bit longer to process.

This will take a number of days to prepare depending on the volume of order
For personalized souvenirs & favors lead time is atleast 30 days.

Once your order has shipped; a tracking number together with other shipping details will be sent to you.
You may track the status of your order online via the courier website.
DELIVERY & COURIER SERVICE
Delivery of your order will depend on the couriers schedule.
We have no control over their operations as well as the day & time of delivery.

We are not liable or responsible for loss / stolen parcel, mishandling or delivery delays by the courier company .

EXCHANGE / REPLACEMENT POLICY
Products that have been damaged / broken during transit will be replaced.
Kindly send us a detailed photo of the broken / damaged item via email, facebook or viber on the day of delivery (not a few days or weeks after) and we will gladly replace them free of charge.
